Scope of Work
The Indiajobkart has been engaged by the client to provide specific search services to theclient organization during the stipulated contract period in order to source thecommunicated manpower needs for the client Organization within this duration.

Fee
Subject to compliance of terms specified in this agreement, Client agrees to pay the above mention commission for per joined candidate.
Replacement guarantee
In the eventually that a selected candidate resigns from the services on his / her own will within the60 (Sixty) days of joining, the consultant will be give a free replacement.
Payment schedules
Consultant will raise an invoice only after the selected candidate has joined the employment and successfully completed the tenure of 60 (Sixty) days in the employment. Client will try to clear the payments against invoice within 15 to 30 days from the day receipt ofinvoice.
Correspondence with candidates
All correspondence with candidates including interview scheduling will be the responsibility of the Consultant. The Client will send information of a Candidate's rejection to the Consultant, and it will be the responsibility of the Consultant to inform the Candidates accordingly.
Offer letter to the candidates
Upon the completion of the selection decision, the Client will inform the candidate of the selection through the Consultant. Contingent to this the Client will issue an offer letter to the candidate and upon his/her acceptance; convey the offered consolidated package to the Consultant for billing purposes.
Screening and reference checks
The Consultant will do the 1st level screening and only candidates who satisfy the criteria of requirements should be sent to thecompany.
Consultant will conduct reference checks on specified candidates through past employers and peer group members in the specified format, these reference checks will be documented to the concerned company. The company reserves the right to validate the referencecheck.
Right on Candidate
Candidates once sponsored by the consultant will be treated as their candidate, if absorbed for any position by the organization during the next six months.
Validity of terms:
This Agreement shall be effective from ………and be valid for a period of one year and unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms specified hereunder.
Termination:
This agreement will terminate on the happening of any one or more of the following events: on the expiry of itsterm or if either party terminates this agreement by giving a prior notice of two weeks in writing to the other party or by mutual consent of the parties, without assigning any reason whatsoever
